Jason Forrest and Mary Marshall Forrest have four engaging speaking events over three days, all dedicated to sales professionals who want to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in sales training, recruiting, and new home sales best practices.
The first event was “How to Recruit & Onboard Top New Home Sales Professionals,” in which Jason Forrest talked about the various recruitment methods, such as external job boards, in-house HR departments, hiring events, internal career nights, executive assistants, low-cost virtual assistants, low-priced recruiters, and very expensive headhunters. He also shared the pros and cons of each one of them.
On the second day, Jason and Mary joined Jen Barkan and Quint Lears for “The Rally: How to Think, Act, and Speak Differently to Sell More in 2023” to discuss game-changing sales insights from the best and brightest in our industry. Sales professionals learned a different process and message for creating urgency, got practical and tactical ideas to drive certainty, and left inspired but also armed with tangible how-tos for thinking, acting, and speaking differently to today’s buyers and achieving sales success in 2023.

On the last day, Mary Marshall Forrest gave “5 Strategies to Win Market Share in 2023.” She reviewed how a market correction is taking place following one of the most robust housing booms in recent memory and how this necessitates a new way of thinking, acting, and speaking to sell successfully. She also noted how multiple factors, including rising interest rates, supply shortages, and the belief that prices will fall, weigh heavily on buyers’ minds, which just means the strategy for success must be adjusted.
Finally, the last event was “The 2023 Guide to New Home Sales Best Practices,” in which Jason Forrest and Roland Nairnsey highlighted the current needs of buyers and the resources sales professionals should have to stop working in reactive mode and get ahead of the challenges with proactive planning and execution. They taught them how to manage expectations, create urgency with hesitators, and overcome a new slate of objections in this dynamic market.
