After a highly successful career of 19 years in new home sales and management, Rich spent the next 25 years (1991-2015) as an independent sales and management coach serving home builders throughout the United States. Since 1991, Rich has conducted over 10,000 individual coaching sessions. His success lies in his passion for bringing out the best in people. He coaches the mental side of selling and leading as well as skills and basics.
Rich is also the author or co-author of 8 books on sales, management, communication and fulfillment.
