Our award-winning program creates sustainable behavioral change with our four-step experiential process.
- Assessments. Discover the unleashing and leashing beliefs and behaviors of your sales teams while also identifying the training needs from the manager’s viewpoint.
- Live workshops. Our leadership coaching workshops focus on addressing current and relevant issues that managers are facing, and building strategies to raise performance levels of employees and/or stores/locations.
- Video lessons. Managers will watch our tactically oriented lesson series and master it by applying it with their sales professionals.
- Coaching calls. Participate in a regular group conference call with a FPG Human Performance Strategist to review the lessons, apply it to individual situations, share successes and overcome leashes.
