• Live workshops: Our leadership coaching workshops focus on addressing current and relevant issues that managers are facing, and building strategies to raise performance levels of employees and/or stores/locations.
• Video Lessons: Managers will watch 1 video lesson per week and master it by applying it with their sales professionals.
• Coaching calls: Participate in a weekly group conference call with a FPG Human Performance Strategist to review the lessons, apply it to individual situation, share success and overcome struggles.
